Case thrown out of court due to clean hands. The premises and women had been inspected, taxed and okayed by the Thai government. Clean hands is a doctrine that states that a party seeking relief in a court of law must have acted in good faith and without any wrongdoing themselves. Essentially, it means that a person cannot ask the court for help or protection if they have engaged in unethical or illegal behavior related to the matter at hand. Mr. James you are due an apology and are free to go.

There should be two classes per week that have a co teacher. So that means you don't have to do one of the classes. So the scam is they make you do it and take a year off. 40 classes extra a year. They do the scam twice (m5, m6) total 80 extra classes a year for you. This is a breech of contract. And then we have points. So actually it is shared between the two co teachers but they make you do all the scores for another fully paid Thai teacher. So make sure you get the Thai documents not the English ones. The Thai one will include the name of you and a co teacher.

Just show them a copy of the transcript. No one cares if it legal or not. They just want the copy to send with the visa forms. -

Me at immigration: One of our bent cops put the wrong stamp, so you have two options leave the country in 24 hours or pay an 11,000 baht fine. Homeless foreigners: Not a problem. -
