I am asking for a friend of mine! Does it worth to make a new passport if the current one has too many stamps but it still has many free pages? My friend would like to come back to thailand but he is afraid that immigration officer could deny him to enter because of too many stamps on his passport. By the way he is abroad right now and it's already 6 months that is out of thailand

People here are too paranoid. Why it should be a problem if someone wants to come to Thailand every 6 months for example? It's not mandatory to get a proper visa if the intention is to stay in Thailand only for 4/6 months. Everybody could come with a 30 days exempt . I stay 4/6 months in Thailand and the rest in my country. After come back to Thailand, no issues at all -
The issue you could have is if immigration officer at the airport will check that you have too many exempt stamps in your passport, he could complain or not, is up to him. I come back to Thailand with a 30 days visa exempt but I don't leave the country every month, I am just doing a few border runs and after that I will exit. I like to come back to Thailand every 6 months or a year, I think no issues if you do like that

I flew a couple of months ago and before buying a plane ticket I asked the airline live agent for information if it was necessary to buy an onward flight too! they told me that they did not interest to ask for a return ticket or onward flight. I bought it anyway, just in case, paid it just 12 USD. When I arrived at the check in counter(I checked in online too) the staff didn't ask me for it, also the immigration officer at the airport in Bangkok didn't ask for it

Just buy an onward flight within 30 days of the 30 days visa exempt. Very easy

There is no need to have a return ticket to the country of origin, it's also fine to have an onward ticket to exit Thailand within 30 days -

I am coming back to Thailand with a free 30 days visa exemption. I know that I must have an onward flight to exit Thailand within 30 days but I just wanted to know if I also have to show a proof of accomodation at the immigration officer at the airport arrival or isn't necessary. Thai embassy in my country only say to have a proof of accomodation if applying for a tourist 60 days e-visa but they do not mention it with a free visa exemption

foreigners give money to them country, they should thanks. Try to imagine if folks stop to go to stay there, thais would feel desperate losing a lot of money that foreigners bring to their country, because you know that thailand is a tourist country -
