    Working in Bangkok for MORE than 20 years, this offer is not bad. The income is enough for a decent life. I would accept.

    Your embassy will help you out with a new passeport. No problem. They don't will inform Thai immigration! Could any agent facilitate the departure and help to avoid the black listing?
