It seems that Pattaya's road constructions department are the bustiest in the world as there are

always, really always few sections of Pattaya's roads that are under months of constructions...

Where is all this money coming from to pay for this endless orgy of construction projects that drag on and on and on and on?

And after a project is finished its time to dig the road up and do it again...

My Shopee Pay stopped working, they wanted me to call them but i couldn't be bothered, Shopee isn't very user friendly so maybe a passport isn't good enough anymore

Even when your shopee app is set for English the part about shopee pay is all in Thai....They only want Thais using shopee pay for some reason......Thats ok Lazada has gotten to be way better these days with lots of discount vouchers and coin discounts....

The weekday buffets were 350-400 baht for many a year....I went every year at least once...It was kind of funny but it was cheaper to eat at the Hilton than to eat at Hooters...

I went with them in December.
    6-seater VIP van.

    3700 baht

Everything perfectly organized, with staff waiting at the border to accompany you to complete all the procedures on both the Thai and Cambodian sides.
The price also includes food on the way back in a restaurant.

    I recommend it without hesitation.

Back when I was a visa run monkey in 2012 and before the price was 1900 baht every thing included....

Back then there must have been about 10 vans a day from Pattaya doing the run...

Thailand has no democracy. The army and elite is in charge even behind the scenes and they approve or disapprove who is going to be in the government and what is going to be done or not. The peoples voice is not important as Prayuth said already" Thailand has its own democracy" and those who stand up are being silenced even for nothing as the section 112 can used for everything. Democracy also  has a freedom of speech and writing, but in Thailand censure is common in the media, newspapers on the streets and even on your facebook. It is a constitutional monarchy, but not a constitution democracy. Democracy is far away but it is a totalitarian system.

    constitutional monarchy.........Well said.....

  6. How many expats are in Thailand?..... 3 to 4 million...

How many members on this forum?....I dont know but I would guess over 10,000 at least...

How many members post regularly in this thread....I would guess around 20......

So there you go......Well over 99.9% of expats have very little to no interest in keeping up with the play by play action of this unworkable quagmire tax mess....
