  1. Dear All,

Many thanks for weighing in to my queries on the subject, which is much appreciated!

Just to recap: I continued to try and received a message stating: Error: data corrupted. please capture this error and send to administrator. detail: "data"; ERROR:-999".

Finally I realized that when I initially took the photo of my PP, it came in upside down and that I had rotated it in the gallery on my phone.  Apparently this was picked up as an "edited" photo of the passport. Took a new one  and re-tried the process and apparently all good for now.

Hopefully this may help others who are as anachronistic with regards to mobile technologies as myself...

    Stay well!

Yes this seems to be why he's getting the error since he said he's selecting "tomorrow".

I just tried again and selected the 31st for delivery date and still came up with an error message.

Interestingly most of the form is already filled out but lists my nationality as Thai.  I change that, add my email, phone number and PP expiry date (along with photo of PP) and select a delivery date more than three business days away to still find the dreaded error code.  Any further advice would be appreciated...

  3. I am planning a trip to Singapore and for VTL they require: "International COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate issued by the Department of Disease Control, Ministry of Public Health".  Furthermore it says that this can be retrieved by selecting "International Certificate" on the Mor Prom App.

The problem is that I clicked on "International Certificate" and went through the process (a few times) of requesting a certificate only to receive an error message after submitting.  I made sure to upload a picture of my passport and selected a booking date for tomorrow.

    Am I missing something here?

Also would there be an easier way to get the certificate (such as visiting the hospital where I was vaccinated) which would be acceptable for VTL travel to Singapore.

I really don't know why there is the need for this extra step as I have both my paper certificate and all of the associated data on Mor Prom, with the exception of the International certificate...

  4. I submitted via the new 90 day reporting site for both my wife and I in the morning of January 5th.  I received confirmation at 6 pm on the 6th, yet my wife's is still listed as "pending" though I processed hers first.  I entered all the address details exactly the same on both applications and am a bit confused as to the hold up as it is now 1:25 on the 7th.  The only difference (besides personal details) was that I use a Gmail and my wife uses a Yahoo account.

As we technically have until the 20th of January, should I just wait it out while processing or submit a new application for my wife?  Any advice would be appreciated..

I've succeeded, after having the same problems as everybody reports. I've written up what I did on a new thread: I really think this should work, but apologies if there's anyone who it doesn't solve this for :

After trying to uninstall the app and reinstall repeatedly for the last two days, I just read your thread @JJBloke and decided to try again.  Miraculously it worked perfectly (maybe the updated version fixed these bugs)! Thank you all for the great advice...stay safe and keep well.

Had the problem with the Mor Phrom app not recognising my phone number, after trying for several days after 2nd jab.

Checked with hospital and Mor Phrom help desk and the phone number linked to jab registration was correct. Mor Phrom help desk suggested we register using Line app and everything worked, including Mor Phrom app.

Thanks for the advice...any tips on how to find/use the Line App.  I tried searching in Line for both Mor Phrom and came up with nothing related...

  7. My Wife and I just got our second AZ jab today at a private hospital in Bangkok.

Upon downloading the Mor Prom App, my Wife's details worked fine however I kept getting a quick error message which popped up (in Thai) after entering my 13 digit ID and telephone number.   Thinking that some of my details were entered in error, I called the hospital, but they confirmed that that my telephone number etc. were correct in the system.

Does anyone else have this issue or any ideas on how to proceed?

  8. I am currently on a WP with a family company and am about to take a position with a multinational organization who wants to employ me in the Kingdom through a PEO (Professional Employment Organization) who has a branch in Thailand.  Since my outgoing company is certainly friendly in terms of when to cancel my Work Permit etc. is there a way I could switch my WP and my Wife's dependent Visa without either of us having to leave the country and go through ASQ etc?

  9. Normally Railay Bay is somewhere the wife and I would not go as it is generally overrun with tourists.  However, given the current state of tourism in the LOS, I figured it may be pretty peaceful over there next month.  As I have heard of many restaurants, bars and 7-11's closed in Ao Nang: has anyone been to Railay lately who could weigh in on if restaurants, bars etc. would be open there, or if I would be confined to the services at the hotel?

    Thanks.
