Maybe he forgot… October 30th: Under Section 9 of the Emergency Decree, a new order has been issued, signed by General Chalermpol Srisawat, Chief of Defence Forces, banning gatherings and activities deemed to pose a "risk of spreading Covid-19 throughout the country". The order was published in the Royal Gazette on Friday 30 October 2021 and states that all gatherings that pose a risk of spreading coronavirus disease or worsening the plight of people are banned throughout the country. http://www.pattayanewsflash.com/2021/november.html

  7. Maybe because foreign tourism is an export i.e. money brought into the country.
