Maybe he forgot… October 30th: Under Section 9 of the Emergency Decree, a new order has been issued, signed by General Chalermpol Srisawat, Chief of Defence Forces, banning gatherings and activities deemed to pose a "risk of spreading Covid-19 throughout the country". Agreed, but some of the other figures do change, so it looks like the graphic isn't working properly. Anyway, it's only an idea as to why the numbers are different.
