  1. Hello, I asked the agency that rented me my condo if when I left the country and re-entered I had to go to Immigration to update the TM30, and they told me that it was not necessary if I did not move from my residence. But today a friend went to immigration who returned from the Philippines to Thailand last week and they told him that when he entered he had to do a new TM30 with a maximum of 3 days from when he entered the country. I have a 6-month contract in my condo (which I presented to do the TM30) and I did a border run to Cambodia on January 20. I have to go make a new TM30 then? At the rental agency they keep telling me that it's not necessary... I'm confused
  2. I arrived in Thailand on October 24 with a tourist visa (60+30 days extension). I have to do my first border run from Pattaya next week (before the 21st). I have read and searched for a lot of information in this forum, and after all I have read, I would prefer to hire a company that is in charge of organizing border runs. I have read that prices are usually around 3500-4000 baths Could anyone who has done a border run from Pattaya lately recommend any of these companies? My questions are: With these companies, do you avoid problems with Immigration (such as the issue of having to spend at least one night in Cambodia) What documents are required for the border run? Exit ticket from Thailand? Proof of accommodation? I am in a condo with a 6-month contract. Can showing the contract for this condo be a problem since it is for 6 months? Thanks!
  3. Anyone knows some agencies/companies for do border run from Pattaya? I came Thailand with tourists visa (60 days) + 30days extension who will expire in 2 weeks. One of my friends did a border run by himself last week to Cambodia, and the OI at the border told him that he had to spend at least 1 night in Cambodia? Is this "rule" normal now? It will help if I do the border run with a company? Or all its depend of the IO at the border?
  4. I just arrived to Thailand and I have plan to stay here around 6 months. I come with tourist visa (60 days) and I pretend to extend it (+30 days) then go out of Thailand and come back. My landlord told me I have to go Immigration within 2 days of my arrive to register my address. I remember you have to do this if you will stay over 90 days in the Kingdom, so I have to do it? I will need this for do the extension of my visa (+30days)?
  5. Any news yet if STV will be extended? And if extended, you think they may be reduce the requirements like Thai insurance?
  6. Im in Pattaya. I went to Pattaya Immigration. Yea I don't need to travel inside the country. But need for do 90 day report and for extend my visa right? I called airport again. They tell me again to Immigration...
  7. So I asked at Suvarnabhumi airport, they told me the airline can give me new one when I leave the country. But I not gonna leave the country I need this card for do 90 report and that things. So they told me to go Immigration. I just go to Immigration this morning. They said they don't have for do TM6 so? They say contact airport.... As I guessed, a <deleted> mess
  8. Yea that was the point of my post. If somebody know if it's better do at Immigration office or if just can do it easier at airport. Thx
  9. Hello. Seems like I lost my arrival card. They didn't stick it to my passport and maybe it get lost at the Test And Go hotel, or maybe at the check in desktop of my flight to Phuket. Anyway, my landlord need it for do report to Immigration. How can I proceed to get a new one? Somewhere I read go to Immigration and somewhere I read can do at the airport. Tomorrow I fly back to Bkk from Phuket. Can I have any trouble to get the flight without the arrival card? Thanks
  10. I rescue this thread. Anyone who extend the STV, are they still asking to see the insurance for do the STV extension? I just got the insurance for 90 days, so for make the extension I will need to get another 90 days of Thai insurance?
