If Thai airways were able to shave a little off their prices, then they would get a good majority of the market as prices are high all over the field, and with their neutral status with russia should make it possible for them to accuire cheaper fuel... But knowing Thai, they will rather go the other way and increase prices

What a bunch of delusional people that want to decide for alot of good thai´s that never get listened to what they want... Thailand is nowhere close to being a world class destination with all their open severs, dual pricing, corrupt taxi system and in way too many places dirty streets... I wish Thailand actually could be a world class destination that offered security and where tourists could feel totally safe, but there are way too many things that need taken care of before they even get close to that.

With the prices of airline tickets and just overall prices in europe skyrocketing, then Thailand has big time missed out on european tourists by opening up so late.. Most people simply do not have the spending power that they had 6 months ago, so it ended up as so many said, that Thailand would be the big looser of the countries around that region with the holding back strategy for so long...

Why the surprised?? This is nothing out of the ordinary and it would be much more surprising if they actually the unexpected ????

When you got a population that has been brainwashed for so long, then it takes years, heck even decades to evelve into indivudual thinking and having the ability to question... Alot of thai people are nowhere close to that and do excactly what they are told by media/corrupt govenrment officials so these masks will most likely stay on their faces for a long long time...

No wonder.. If anybody really expected those ruling to slack on their fear mongering of the thai people, then forget it...

Imagine how bad this could go... They could not even manage to keep Thailand pass safe from being hacked and leaking all emails and information, now they expect people to use their credit cards into their "perfect systems" .... ooooh dear ????‍♂️

Ooooh insurance, so you gotta purchase insurance for Thailand pass (because there is no way they are taking that off) and then another 300 baht for more insurance.. Yes yes, sounds very good and organised ????

Thailand pass in its new form could well work if it was possible to apply for pass 6-8 months or more in advance.. Only having option to apply a few weeks prior to your travel is simply not good enough as it makes it almost impossible to plan and purchase tickets at a much lower price.. You could of course gamble and purchase those tickets months in advance, but if you dont get approved for Thailand pass the first time then you often dont have time to apply again.. Very badly designed as it could work fine if changed and was able to apply in plenty of time.

Hello!?!?!?! In a country with 70.000.000 there are just over 100 daily dead who are registrered positive... Did they die of covid, or did they die with covid?? Seriously this scaremongering has got to stop!!! I am just amazed that nobody properly questions this as this is clearly used as a tool to control the people and country there!!!

Sent my application for thailand pass 12 days ago and have not recieved diddeli back from them.. The only thing I got back in my mail the next day after applying was that fraud mail which obviously everybody or almost everybody has gotten... It is seriously questionable how this procedure that they ask of people to fill in to enter is going.. But hey, what do they expect when their entire system is based on jpeg application... It could just aswell have been drawn up by some 4 year old with crayons...

If a country needs a system to track tourists, then they are in no state to even recieve tourists... This freak show of a few in charge there is getting totally out of hand... Having the need to monitor and control everybody 24/7 is Totalitarianism in its pure form and it is clear and obvious where persons like that stand...

Unless you really really have to go to Thailand for family or similar, then it is just much better to avoid it until they remove this all togeather far out nonsense of tripple tests, booked nights, prepaid this and that, and all that with a risk of getting rejection for something that is totally out of your hands, or testing positive between day 1-5 and not having any symptoms what so ever, but still having to face all kind of hassle.

More scaremongering, more trying to keep peope on a leash and more lagging behind.. The bus, train and taxi already left and those people in charge missed them all while a huge part of the world has moved on... I seriously pity the people that have lost every bit of their livelyhood due to some crazy decisions of individuals controlling the country, and they dont face a single wrongdoing anywhere from anyone for that..
