The original non-O was issued in Thailand. I entered visa exempt. I was surprised an insurance was required (can be done, just a matter of time and cost). Maybe a misunderstanding. Thanks Ubonjoe!

Phuket immigration required Thai insurance 400/40 for Non-O Retirement visa (in addition to 800K in the bank). My insurance agent tells me this is required for O-A only. Is this a new requirement? Anybody experiencing this here or at other offices? Many thanks for any comments.
