I have been to walk my Dog several times since this incident. I will not change my route, as that would mean leaving my Soi which I do not want to do. I took my report from the Police Station with me in case he started again. This person is clearly not happy with me walking past his house, he sat in his pick up watching me from the time I left my house, up past his house 10 houses away from mine,,, then I turn and make my way back. Just sat watching me, the Freak !

I feel a lot better now I have the Police report, and now that I have got the message across to him that I will not be stopping. None of us own the Road, who does he think he is !!!!!!

My next door but one neighbor went to BPH with a worrying Mole on his face... He was

horrified when they told him it was Cancer and needed to be removed at the cost of 800.000 bt asap..

He did not have the funds for this, they told him if he did not get them to remove it pretty soon,

that he would die.

He went home, made his will, informed all of his close family and friends,, he was ill with worry.

He decided to go back to his home Country to get it removed. The Hospital at his Home Country

informed him that it was NOT Cancer, just a Mole. Obviously, he will never ever go to BPH again.

My last visit to BPH was very good, but it was not the skin department,

Pepper spray is not really legal although available at road side stalls in some places. Using it would be classed as an offence unless it was very provable that it was in self defence and that is not easy to prove after the event without witnesses. The onus would be on you to prove that. So, advice is to forget that idea. A very loud whistle might be useful perhaps ?

Yes thanks for that, I do in fact have a loud Referee's Whistle, I took it with me last night, it is ear-piercing and

will be blown next time ( if ) he confronts me again.

Back on topic.... This guy has cleaned up and removed all the dirty shrubs across from

his house which all of the Soi Dogs were using as a Toilet... ( and my little one and myself

got the blame )

I did mention this problem to some neighbors close by, and they did not want to comment

which made me think that maybe they are scared of him,, they pretended they did not know him,

yet they live only 3 houses from him.

I went past this evening on my usual walk, the bully was home but not outside,, i walked

directly down the middle of the Road...

If he speaks again I will ignore him and pursue this matter with the Police now it has

been reported.

Hi everyone......

This afternoon I paid a visit to Pattaya Police Station.. They were very very interested indeed,,,, I lodged the complaint, and have now got the form/paper of complaint to wave in his face if he starts again.

The Police also gave me an emergency number to call if i have any further problems.

They informed me that I have every right to walk my Dog whenever I wish.

Let's see what happens next time I go,, I shall walk past his area in the middle of the road.

This guy placed some green shrubs on the concrete near the wall about 3 years ago,

which is not allowed, over the 3 years, they have grown and attracting all the Soi Dogs to use it as a Toilet. Unfortunately, my little Pug and myself have got all the blame, anyway, this morning, he has just ripped them all up, either worried because City Hall's rules are we have to keep the Soi clear,,, or I hope he realizes that my dog is not the problem here,, the problem is the Soi Dogs and he will never ever stop it.

Nevertheless, a report will be filed at Soi 9 today for the Spitting in my Face.

Here in the rural village the following would apply:

If I wanted to clear the situation, I would not report to the police at first hand, but contact the village headman and complain to him,

Might be that this man is already known as a lowlife/trouble maker.

This Man has lived in this Soi since before I moved here 14 Years ago, he looks like a tramp,

and his house is an absolute disgrace. We do not live in a Village so there is no one to report

this incident to. I feel like the Dog is not the problem here, as there are lots of Dogs eating and

over the years have had a couple of youngish punks spit on the ground in front of me as I was about to walk by but never in my face. guess my reputation preceeds me lol..

The Man was extremely close to punching me in my face, he came up very close 3 times, I wanted to report

I use to have a small Green Car about 5 Years ago, but do not drive anymore, it's too dangerous around here,

For the last 12 Years I have been walking my small dog close to my House ( on a lead )

At night time just after it goes dark.

The Soi I live on has Houses down one side, but just a long wall at the other side, along

There are several Soi Dogs that live and sleep in the Soi, but never had any problems

With them as we are use to each other now.

This last few Years I have got the impression from one of the Thai men living about 10 houses

Have you had an x-ray on your nose ?? My x-ray showed I had a Deviated Septum and tiny Polyps but not bad enough to be operated on yet. You can Google about the Deviated Septum.

I have bought a Nose Pump and special salts to mix with the water,, and it does relieve the blocked up feeling each day.

After reading posts online about Bangkok Pattaya Hospital, I read so many stories which put me off going there.

For the last 9 Months I have been suffering with sore neck / throat area. I have been to numerous Hospitals in Pattaya, Si Racha and Bangkok. No doctor would diagnose it. I was dismissed by a Doctor at a well known Hospital in Bangkok, he said it was in my imagination. Another Doctor at a Hospital here in Pattaya told me to use a warm cloth on my neck and gave me loads of Tablets that did not work and were expensive. A doctor at Si Racha laughed when i expressed my concern, I was crying.

I was very very worried so in the end i visited the Bangkok Pattaya Hospital ENT Dept.

Lovely service, I had a CT Scan which was not much dearer than the Memorial Hospital, the service was superb.

After 9 Months of worry and sleepless nights thinking it was something serious, I was diagnosed with Neuralgia.

The CT Scan showed some small nodes on my Thyroid Gland, and i was told it was nothing to worry about. Also a Sinus infection.

I am now a fan of Bangkok Pattaya Hospital, the only Hospital that would listen to my fears and diagnosed my

problem.
