Dear all, I'm going to apply for a covid extension tomorrow and I would like to prepare all the documents in advance to avoid the queue. If I'm right, I will need: - Copy of my passport - Hotel stay to show - TM 7 - covid 19 Affidavit - Money - Photo Do I forget anything? Anyone has a link so I can download the Affidavit and TM7 ?
