hi JT...a good effort with the American thread but it was bound to get outta hand...most of the members of TVF are brits and they like nothing better than to have an opportunity to diss americans...

I lived in the UK for 10 years, stuck inna unhappy marriage and I just tried to be a good person but in the end I was just an american...

I finally got divorced and said goodbye...brits love resentment and there ain't nothin' handier than americans for that purpose...and most of them are pathetic <deleted>...the sleazy Allan Rickman film stereotype comes to mind and is accurate...

all the best and I hope yer OK...as yanks we got a noble tradition to uphold on TVF...
