    Thanks for the information.

    I did not receive a notification, but my wife's ITIN falls in the above category, so I will have to renew it.

    I guess they have their reasons for having to renew an ITIN after 34 consecutive years of use.

    Changing from Non O Retirement to non O Marriage

    Last year I had Retirement based on monthly deposits. This year I had one month that was over 45k but less than 65k so I applied for Marriage extension. Denied. Immigration said I must meet the 800k or 65k/month when changing from Retirement to Marriage. This was news to me. I have had 24 consecutive extensions, some based on marriage, some on Retirement. Never had this problem before. Can someone enlighten me on this particular ruling.

    It was not, even though I did get an approval email. So I went to Immigration. The IO explained since I submitted on a holiday weekend the Date of the next 90 day approval had not been processed yet. However the IO processed it right away and the email came with the date.
