i don't know if aseannow allow this, but if you have time (the video is nearly 2 hours long) watch on Youtube "The Everlasting Present - Ukraine 30 years of Independence"
NATO is irrelevant here. Moscow doesn't need a reason to start a war, expansion is purpose of it's existence since Moscow Tsardom. Transnistria, Abkhazia, Chechnya, South Ossetia, Nagorno-Karabakh are modern examples.
I don't need watch any videos as I know facts from within. I have relatives and friends in Ukraine and Russia and getting information from them.

and if you have time, read the history from the time the berlin wall fell...
again, i've never said i support the war, i just want you "people" to understand the reasons that led russia to take this decision with serious consequences
I was born in USSR, so I know history of this region. Moscow was always looking to expand its territory since time when it was established by Mongols as base to loot neighbors.
NATO is defensive alliance, to protect from aggressive countries like Russia is.
Serbia is very pro-russian country in a middle of Europe, but nobody force them to join NATO or EU, nobody invade them.

this statement was made in 1990 and now suddenly has become a myth in some media!
the current war isn't SPECIFICALLY against ukraine, it is against the expansion of nato. those are facts, however it doesn't mean i support the war.
It is just another russian propaganda narrative. The fact is that russia invaded Ukraine and right now russians in Ukraine killing Ukrainians. And you support it.

The interesting thing is that E85, which is 85% ethanol is rising fast for no reason, as ethanol price relatively stable. It is looks like people who use E85 pay for those who use diesel.

So government increases debt ceiling on pretence of pandemic and then spending on fighter jets. Will they fight pandemic and economic downturn with it?

It is tick larvae. They just hatched out of eggs, it means that you have full grown ticks laying eggs around, and it is not good. Tick larvae do not carry any disease. But you need to get rid of them anyway. I would recommend to check your cat blood for blood parasite, just to be safe.

Recently my dog become very weak. Vet told that it is blood parasite from tick bite. Two weeks of treatment didn't help. Dog became completely paralyzed, suffering from constant muscle spasms. So I decided to put her down and vet did it. I paid 4000 bhat for that.

They can offer land purchase for foreigners only in certain areas (undeveloped, rural) and limit amount of land per one owner.
Most of Thais are already priced out by richer Thais, I see hundreds townhouses bought at price above 5 mln, and most of it just stay empty, rich Thais just parking they excess money in property.

I was always wondering, why those protesters who want to remove government, never try to keep accountable local administrations responsible for road repair, as corruption on local level is much more obvious.

Where? We're they falang built hones, new MooBan, or folks who borrowed free money from the banks while no payments were needed. Maybe just rich folks
Korat. I don't know exactly who they are, and how rich they are. Mostly locals. Some even build restaurants and food shops. But a lot of construction activity here recently.

Your comment is false and misleading.
Foreigners with deposits in Thai banks are protected just as Thais' deposits are. Foreigners' accounts protected under the DPA scheme are not "Non-resident Baht Accounts" that the article refers to. Try some banking research before posting 100% inaccurate claims.
Yes, foreigners accounts are protected. So, nothing to worry about, as I said initially.????

"It is applied only to banks that have agreement with DPA"
Obviously. And those banks that don't have the DPA agreement (which are they?) obviously would provide no protection at all!
"People can distribute money in different banks"
I know but they'd have to do it with other banks that have the same DPA restrictions so what would be the point?
"There are a lot of things you can do with money"
Really? What would you suggest for money that has to be immediately available as an alternative to a bank account that has DPA protection?
"I don't know if it is happening or not"
If Thai banks were going to the wall (and that was the reason for this reduction in protection that's been announced publicly for many years) do you not think you'd have heard about it?
The point to distribute money between many banks is to keep less than 1 mil in each of them.
By the way in new article they are saying that non-residents are not protected at all lol.

But that's not happening and the revised legislation applies to every bank. Why should customers "rush to withdraw money", where would they put it?
It is applied only to banks that have agreement with DPA, there are the list of banks that covered on DPA website. I don't know if it is happening or not. People can distribute money in different banks or keep it in cash. There are a lot of things you can do with money ????

Forget the panic .... its O.K. Thailand has a very big buffer foreign currency .... hence it is Teflon Baht
I withdrew the money, no reason to panic ????.

Oh boy ...!what a panic by some , now they restrict that long time announced lower deposit protection....????
The problem is that the panic can cause bank insolvency.
