have you been to Patong recently?
bob.
Haven't been there for about 18 years. Is it that bad?

I have spent 20 years here and have never noticed any animosity from the locals.
Maybe it's you.

Try again? What? It's just a <deleted> fake mouse.
Buy it and in some month you will learn the different.
I bought it too before. You have a red light under the mouse and the real one have a unvisible light under the mouse. But up to you!!! If you want a fake, buy a fake!!!
Interesting: I have no red light. Maybe your fake one was a real fake one and mine is a fake fake one.
Be sure I will let you know if it stops working in the next month or year or so.

Fake mouse!!! To cheap. In 2 month the battery is empty and something not work.
If it is a original it has a SYNNEX sticker and 1 or 3 years warranty.

Two questions; Are you using Windows? And have you tried adjusting the mouse settings?
By adjusting the mouse I mean;
- Open Settings:
- Windows key + I (shortcut)
- Go to "Devices"
- Select "Mouse"
- Then try the several mouse options available (mouse speed, troubleshoot, etc).
Or, go to your local computer shop and ask them to have a look! 😁

Not necessarily. A bluetooth connection usually doesn't need a dongle.
But he said he has a wireless mouse not a Bluetooth mouse:
Hope that helps.

Yes, I have 2 of them I also changed the USB port, but nothing seems to work.
Well I can only suggest you try another one - the one that I wrote about - the Logitech 221 and maybe try a different USB port.

But a wireless mouse needs a dongle.

Exactly as YT3k72Em said, why bother with an app on a pc if you can access their internet banking through a browser?! Works okay, though not the most intuitive website, my wife has an account there. Mine is with Krungsri, much more user friendly and current design....
Not any more:

I've had the trots a few times recently. I now wear 2 or 3 underpants and never trust a f*rt.

My 19 year old pickup has had its day.
I went to the main Toyota in Phuket - the one opposite Dowroong Wittaya School in Chao Fah East Road - and the staff practically laughed at me!
This one:
"Test drive? Cannot" they say!
Maybe I went to the wrong place.
Any suggestions?

I think ("think" being the operative word), it all depends on who you get.
The Yellow bank was great.
The 2 girls that served me in Central Thailand were brilliant.
It was all sorted quickly and everything works perfectly.????????
Fortunately, I'm not in a hurry to get their online banking working on my Windows PC, so I'll wait for their email and try what they say in it before I go back there to get it sorted.
I may try again tomorrow using the bank account as username and the password they sent me. The problem I see is the format of the bank account - do you put in the hyphens or not? I've tried with and without hyphens, but no success.

Update.
Opened a Krungsri (yellow bank) account with internet and mobile banking. ATM card not required.
Opened in a Central province.
Took the wife as back-up but it was easy as pie.
Only passport & Thai drivers licence req'd.
Two fantastic, cheerful, helpful & funny girls.
Bye Bye Blue bank with my 800k after next annual extension.????????
Thanks for this.
I've tried about 20 times to get the Krungthai "Next" mobile app to recognise my face. Useless... "Blink your eyes", "Move your head", "Open Your Mouth", "Unable to connect to the service at the moment"... <deleted>!
No online banking at Krung Thai means no banking at Krung Thai.
So I went to my KrungThai bank, withdrew 1,000,000 and went over the road to Kasikorn and deposited it. At least I can transfer money online with them.
I started this reply an hour or so ago. I just applied at Krungsri in Phuket - took the form printed out from their web site and they said in about 7 days I will get an email with information on how to log in. Then, after I got home, I got a call from a KrungSri bank guy who said I'd get an SMS with a temporary password and how to log in. Sure enough, it arrived. But I can't log in - they want the account number and password. I tried several time without success. Maybe I'll go back and get them to fix it or I'll wait the 7 days.

I've been using Lazada and AliExpress for years but something has changed recently and I can't use my Visa card.
When I submit the payment - which has always worked - I get this:
When I checked the payment method, it all looked OK:
I think I must've deleted that card - not sure - but when I tried to add another, I get this:
- and I can't see how to add a new card!
So I'm forced to used COD which means I have to stay in for hours waiting for the delivery.
PITA.

Here they are:
I found a stack of them in an old case that I haven't used in years.

This one: "108/201 M.5 Chalermprakiat Ror 9 Road, Rasada"
Anyone know?

Pulse-TV has been having a few problems recently.
