One of you can get a Retirement (Visa/Extension) The other can also get the same or a Visa/Extension based on your child at school. 2.22 In the case of retirement: Each permission shall be granted for no more than one year. The alien: (1) Must have been granted a non-immigrant visa (NON-IM). (2) Must be 50 years of age or over. (3) Must have evidence of having income of no less than Baht 65,000 per month: or (4) On the filing date, the applicant must have funds deposited in a bank in Thailand of no less than Baht 800,000 for the past three months. That big gas bottle will last months and months. A lot more than 2.5. Don't forget you have to buy the Soda Stream and large gas bottle. 5 or 6 thousand.

viza soda stream - juice 701+Co2 | Lazada.co.th Works good but you have to return the empty gas bottles to head office in Bangkok. Works out expensive. I have one of those but bought a large CO2 bottle and an adapter. Saves a lot.
