  1. He wouldn't understand or agree that it is if it was explained to him. A hopeless case.
  2. Is there any updated info on whether money transferred in that was withdrawn from a US taxable IRA account would be covered by DTA and thus not countable as part of the Thai threshhold calculation?
  3. What if you have other (assessible transferred in) income on top of DTA income but the non DTA portion still under the level where it would taxed in Thailand. Still no need to file?
  4. Do what you want troll. You had no business bringing up my identity as ammunition to attack my point. If you're so dense that you don't get how messed up that is, that's your problem.
  5. I said nothing about your race, ethnicity or religion.
  6. Read your post and so many others. You disregarded my opinion because of my identity. DISGUSTING! Identities of members are not the topic. You're so deep down your sick rabbit hole of irrational demonization that you may well be blind to it.
  7. To be more clear: Israel isn't committing genocide. Israel isn't an apartheid state. Don’t allow extreme irrational demonization of Israel lead you to tell total lies about Israel.
  8. He's willing to do anything to avoid prison. He and Putin are the most dangerous men in the world.
  9. Is that even a word? I find people getting overexcited over diverse casting to be racist.
  10. Yeah mentally ill and maybe also physically ill as well. The man deserves compassion not derision. The security guard seemed to get that. But yeah, still gross.
  11. My point is that what he thinks is good enough proof might possibly not be good enough proof for the interrogators. So there is a risk with taking big sums of cash regardless.
  12. Yes I know that many people aren't interested in watching yet another show about the holocaust, but it is just so happens that We Were The Lucky Ones is a worthy show regardless. As it's based on a true story and it is character based, the viewer experience is to feel the experience of how things happened in a more personal way. When you're living in a historic time and horrible stuff happens, you don't know the bigger picture, it's just happening and you need to respond to it the best way you can, and each person that dealt with it dead or alive mostly dead, was a person that had their own individual experience based on their life circumstances and character. Not just statistics.
  13. I would say the risk of it being confiscated. There is no presumption of innocence on such matters. You need to prove the money was legitimately sourced.
  14. The rule is definitely from the extension date, not the expiration date. However I totally get being paranoid about that.
  15. I would be more worried about entering where you're going. Paperwork sure but be ready for intense interrogation about the source of the money which if they aren't happy is subject to confiscation.
  16. Sadly, it sounds as if they will face charges back home. I was shocked recently to learn that it's a serious crime in the Philippines to even have THC in your blood.
  17. Your source fits you to a tee.
