  1. Can someone confirm this? I have always put in the date that my extension of stay expires. I am also having the same problem with rejected applications. Your application for "STAYING LONGER THAN 90 DAYS" has been rejected. Incorrect entry date upon entry into the kingdom/ Incorrect visa expiration date. I have tried three times so far, and been rejected three times. I will try one more time....but likely I'll have to go to Chiang Watthana this week. What a waste of a day. I haven't left Thailand since 2021. But I did extend my stay for a further year last month... So maybe that date wasn't updated? I wasn't able to apply online as promptly as usual, as the website was undergoing maintenance when I first got my email reminder. Shall I try again using the 90 day deadline instead of the extension of stay ending?
  2. Oh! The email just came through. It has been approved! Same information... Different outcome. That saves me a trip to CW on Monday.
  3. That's what I did first time. And it got rejected. I notice that the completed pdf has information missing. The kind of visa, non-imm isn't ticked. My flight number wasn't asked for. Also no TM6 number. My last 90 day report was in-person, but a little late (2000baht fine). Could that be why it is rejected?
  4. I've just resubmitted. Though the information I've submitted is the same as yesterday... So it will probably be rejected again. The part that confused me was the contact person details at the bottom. Yesterday.. I assumed they meant MY contact details. But as this part of the form is within the address section of the form (and the form was rejected yesterday) .. Do the mean the owner of the apartment building? Is there another reason why the application would be declined?
  5. I've never found CW quick nor easy. But I may have no choice. My online application was rejected due to "The informations are invalid or imcomplete". Not a very helpful diagnostic. Spelling mistake too. I guess the problem was the tricky question at the end where they wanted to know the name and number of the person who owns my apartment building. (I think it belongs to a rich family who own many buildings around here). They would be better dealing with the reception staff. I found a way to not answer the question... And I guess that's why I was rejected. I preferred the app. At least it was easy and it worked.
  6. Ok. I've submitted my online 90 day report via this new website. Let's see what happens. Fyi...the "Old" app was freshly installed from Google's app store where it is still available.
  7. Yes. It was the mobile app. I hate the website and gave up on it years ago because it required me to find an ancient desktop computer running some defunct version of Windows. I'd prefer to use my Android phone, or my Linux computer if I have to. I'll give it a go though.
  8. I have additional proof that my visa expires in 2023. Maybe I wasn't clear. @JaiMaai I apologise for your confusion. My post is about difficulty doing a 90 day report. I renewed my extension of stay at the start of the year.
  9. Just tried to do my online 90 day report. But I can't do anything because it thinks I've overstayed. (fortunately, I have a receipt of notification that proves otherwise). I expect I have no option but to travel out to Muang Thong Thani? (if I'd known online reporting would be an issue, I would have dispatched a postal report last week).
  10. Sorry... I skipped a lot of the details. I renewed my yearly extension at Chaeng Watthana in person on 2nd February. My 90 report date was 19th February... So I am well past the deadline. (I guess there would be an online record, I I have done online 90 day reports previously). So I gather I'm due for a fun day out at Mueang Thong Thani. I don't suppose I can book an appointment at a particular date and time? (I've booked appointments at Chaeng Watthana in the past and saved waiting around).
  11. Oh. Ok. So my assumption was incorrect. It's not the 2000Baht fine... It's the hassle of waiting at Chaeng Watthana all day to deal with it. I don't suppose there's an online way to pay? Or I heard rumour of a smaller visa office within Bangkok??
  12. I recently renewed my "retirement" visa for another year. (non imm O-visa extension). When I did this I assumed that my 90 day report countdown would be reset to zero on the day of my extension. So I assume 90 days after the extension date ii will be dues again. Is my assumption correct? I've just noticed I didn't get a slip of paper with my extension telling me the date of my next 90 day report. In general, Is there a way to check my 90 day report deadline online?
  13. Thanks for the advice to delay until after the rush. Makes sense. "Statements not required"... Can you clarify? Do you mean the letter isn't required? I know that the proof that the funds originated outside of Thailand was only required for my initial application. Not needed for these annual extensions. Is the letter from the bank still required?
  14. My extension of stay is valid until 19 Feb 2022, so it is time to renew. (19Jan ok? Not too early?) I just want to check if there have been any rule changes in light of the restrictions. (For example, I heard that an ATK test was required to go to Chaeng Watthana....if so, how to submit? And.. Do I go to CW, or an annex somewhere? ). What form do I require? Also, will I need anything else apart from the following? Passport and photocopies of relevant pages Letter from the bank Updated bank passbook TM30 proof (Apartment contact and last receipt.. Just in case they ask) Anything else?
