Of course it's just another BS game, like why all of a sudden did the amount jump from 400,000 to 800,000 baht in the bank? Raising it maybe to 500,000 baht would maybe make sense, so why twice the amount? So it's a scam hatched between the politicians and the banks.

30,000 baht in wages per month for a Thai citizen is a really good middle class living, which would certainly be adequate enough for a foreigner here, BUT like many countries, GREED & WEALTH is the name of the game concerning us Farangs.

So now two options for Yanks: Either put 65,000 baht in the Thai bank each month, OR consider moving to Mexico!!!

Putting 65,000 baht in a Thai bank account each month is much easier than taking a chance of having 800,000 setting in an account, being you never know what some bank person might do with your account. ????

When you win a Thai Government Lottery, does the lottery office take the tax out of the winnings or want the taxes in cash up front before they give you the winnings?

This is normal among poor Thai parents, my foster daughter was born with water on the brain and a club hand, her mother threw her away, and her grandma took care of her and abused her on a regular bases, even beating her in front of me, thinking it was okay to do. I met my foster daughter when she was 2 and she's 13 now, her mother has never hugged her and only says bad things to her, the grandma hasn't hugged her for over 3 years. She has no friends at school and the kids and Thai teachers abuse her constantly, She stays with me on weekends and holidays, and it's like getting damaged goods when I go to pick her up. She is a very loving child and we hug constantly when she's with me, she has adopted me as her mother and the Master Buddha as her real father..

A couple of those long concrete barriers would of worked just fine, and impossible to remove without heavy equipment.

The benefits of meditation have been beyond imagination for me. I joined a mystical school in 1964, learned the art of meditation and doing mystical practical applictions as used in the ancient mystical schools of Egypt and Atlantis, as I elevated my spiritual consciousness I was able to astral travel to different dimensions, biorelocate, and much more. Using a meditation pyramid makes it even easier, I bought mine at www.pyramidplant.com. It helps to be a vegetarian/vegan also.

I've been celebrating Christmas with my Thai foster daughter since she was 2 years old and she's 13 now. Last year before Christmas I told her the truth, that it's all a positive fib in order to stimulate ones imagination, now that she knows the truth she doesn't want to let go of her imagination of it all, and at 71 I still remember when I was 7 and Santa came to our house!

I had a Vitamix years ago when it still had a stainless steel container, and a week ago bought an Otto BE127 blender at Lotus in Chalang on sale for 2090baht, and I'm amazed how well it works, and so far does everything the pricey Vitamix does. As far as chewing your food vs. blending, when I drink a blended drink I don't just gulp it down, I take the time to swish it around in my mouth so the saliva will activate the enzymes, and I'm able to savor the taste much better!

I see motorist running red lights everytime I drive my car, and many motorcyclist don't stop or slow down one bit. My average speed is from 40 to 50 and I drive in the slow lane most of the time. Why oh why do so many Thai's actually think the Buddha will protect them no matter how much they are a danger to other drivers and they drive as if they're the only ones on the road. I have been passed many times by high speed drivers, only to pull up beside them at the next red light.

Bought one of these delux models with the volume level knob from the USA. I live in a soi with narrow streets, It did nothing to the dog across the street, and I had it pointed directly at the carport its at in the evening. These devices to me are totally worthless, like maybe in the same catagory as the little box you plug into a house outlet which is suppose to chase the bugs away.

The blomd haired lady is smileing, must be her "15 Minutes in History", if she lands in jail and no one bails her out right away, the smile will turn into an extreme reality check.

Thai's are no more prepared for cold weather than they are for rainy season, they've known all their life when the rainy season arrives, but how many rideing a motorcycle don't wear rain poncho's, and drive just as fast in the rain as on a sunny day.

My Thai neighbor friend originally worked on cruise ships but his wife wanted him home, so he's been a van driver transporting tourist with his own van for a few years now. he's definitely worried because his business is to low for this time of year. He has a 11 month old child and his wife talked him into buying a 3br, 2 story plex in Kathu Phuket for 2.5 million baht, and there's no kitchen which he has to have built back of the house, so he can't even live in it yet. The mall isn't packed with tourist like it should be, and most everywhere I go here.

1/ The all point of green smoothy is to get the best nutriments in RAW conditions.
Using high fat density processed products (oil, yogurt ) is rendering the all thing moot.
Sorry this is not a green smoothy, it's a green oily shake.
Here are some recipes to help you
http://simplegreensmoothies.com/recipes
2/ Yes the nutriments have short life, they say 3 days, I try to drink it in 2 days, but still better than cooked veggies if just for the laxative effect.
3/ Crushed seed (flax, chia) need to be stored in an airtight container in the fridge, then they last for ever (2/3 months) but you should have eat them all by then.
Coconut oil is incredibly good for you
Well if you're going to post a video on Esselstyn's thoughts on oil, you might as well include his website where he gives his thinking on smoothies.
Smoothies How about smoothies? I love them!
Avoid smoothies. The fiber is so finely pureed and rapidly swallowed without the benefits of mixing with helpful bacteria in the mouth. The sugar is separated from the fiber of the fruit, bypasses salivary digestion and results in a surge of glucose. The fructose enhances inflammation, hypertension and endothelial injury. Chew your food.[/size]
It hasn't been that long ago that medical colleges taught absolutely nothing about nutrition, and I even remember VA hospitals accepting cigarette donations from TV programs sponcered by Philip Morrice. Now because of great pioneers like Ann Wigmore and others in natural raw food healing, conventional medicine has tried to jump on board and is spreading disinformation based on their biased conventional medicine studies. I cured my breast cancer in 1997 using the Rise & Shine 28 day intestinal cleanse, followed by the 10 day Master Cleanse by Stanley Burroughs. I stay totally away from conventional medicine drugs, even aspirin. Most conventional medicine drugs are petro-chemical based. Once in a great awhile I go to a Homeopathic ND.

So far here in Phuket I find herbs are difficult to find, I've only located Neem, Cloves and Moringa Leaf powder at 2 traditional Chinese medicine shops in Phuket Town, others I have shipped from a organic herb place in Florida.

As the old saying goes, "You can't fight city hall." During my 1st year living in Thailand a person who wanted to steal all of my belongings, tore the reentry slip from my passport, when I went to the US Embassy and behind the private curtain to the right, I was told to pack my bags and leave Thailand the next day. I then went to the Thai Embassy and was told by a high-ups officer to get a certain document from the US Embassy to fill out, and he even gave me a copy of such document. When I showed the copy of the document, I was accused of stealing it, and they said the document would do me no good, after pleading for several minutes, they gave me the document which I took back to the Thai office and he gave me a new re entry slip, which I presented to the US Officer causing him to loose face! Don't trust them, their not here to help you.
