I need to go to KL after June 1.
I have had 4 shots and a booster in Thailand. The booster was about 4 months ago and all are stamped by the hospitals .
Apart from my PP and shot records, does Malaysia require a special paper or is it now just walk thru as it was 2 years ago?
Anything needed for the return to BKK?

I have just had Moderna booster and I have a hospital-stamped paper certifying this and 2 previous AZ.
I plan to see friends in KL next month, going by air.
Is this certificate enough for flying? Or is there still some kind of Covid passport?? None of the nurses was able to answer this, although one said I could obtain this other document at the airport (in my case Don Muang)...even though she thought I had to get it well in advance.
Also: I understand that Malaysia is "open" but I'm not sure if they want an LFT done on arrival.
Also: (Today is 14 April) Do I still need the 1-day hotel here when I land, or is this history now?

Ive tried twice in 6 months to do the 90 day with On Line. All have been failures and there are no caveats such as getting a new pp.
In the end I decided to pay a reliable and inexpensive agent. Her fee was the same as 2 cabs to MTT.
Several days ago I tried the online method again but nothing has come back. Should I wait longer---i still have 9 days to spare (?). On past performance, waiting did me no good and I was rejected on the second use of an agent.
Tomorrow I will just use the agent by EMS again. I won't risk a fine.

Off to KL once I can fly there. Short holiday. I live in bkk
i had Az And Pfizer last year and I am fine.
the hospitals gave me their signed papers of vaccination. Is it enough just to take these, or do I need to register them for flying? One nurse told me to simply take them to the airport (DM), but a Thai friend tells me I must use a phone app to convert them to a gvment paper or image. Do I need a blow test also?

Thanks to all. I’m still confused cos about 12 yrs ago I quit a “top 3” university and retired on the extension. When the university asked me to return p-t 6 months later they took me to a small room in San Phlu and changed me back to 0 in 3 minutes, but I did need to go to the Labor Office the next day.
20 years ago, as a newbie, a respected southern university commanded me to head to Penang asap to get a real 0 instead of my 60 or 90 day tourist visa from Gibraltar. Luckily I turned that place down and went to Bkk where my new HRD said “rubbish” and got me all pukka in 4 hours.
To this day, I still wonder why some guys have to go to Penang or Hcm (I know Pinoys have to) while others don’t. Btw I’m a Brit.

Presumably the above means a visit to Labour Office to apply for an O visa.
Does the HR of the new firm need to do it all (or will they?). From my experience of years ago, they need to sign something and take me there.
Will this also mean a trip to the embassy in Penang? If we are allowed to go?

Need to go to KL for business (by air) from Bangkok, Expect to stay a week.
Any ideas re opening/quarantine or anything else? I had 4 vax, all recorded.

What is the current situation for a Brit living in Bangkok who needs to visit KL for 10 days?...(Today is FEB 10)...by plane.
Do I have to quarantine in a Q Hotel? For how long and how many tests? Im fully vaxed and boosted. I read that Malaysia will halt lockdowns soon because they badly need the dosh there.

Last year I registered with 2 hospitals but they both summoned me within about 4 months. The gunk was free due to embassies being kind. As I have some medical training I checked Canadian and Spanish research which suggested that PF could repeat in 4 weeks and AZ about 6 weeks (ie not as Thai doctors tell you).
I had the vaxes 1 2 3 4 and no side effects at all.
Subsequently, it turned out that the Spanish and Israelis were correct, and some brands could even be given at 3-week intervals. I believe Israel is now routinely giving 4 shots.
All my LFTs for 9 months have been fine (no, not my liver) and I havent even had a cold.
My last AZ was October 28th, meaning that I had 2 plus 2 vaxes over about 3 months.
When should I have a booster, and what brand shd it be?

I have had no prob with Aetna (recent surgery no hitch) but I pay a damn lot with 40k OPD and no excesses. No dental included but complex stuff covered in my Platinum.
It's big and I think owned in the USA. I think they bought out BUPA here, so my broker moved me directly.
I think now that I have paid for years, the cover is forever.
Any thoughts?

A good friend works in a cramped office with 10 others.
Today, a lad in the office showed two double lines on 2 separate LFTs, so likely positive. He went to a hospital for an ATK (?) at 3pm but nobody knows the outcome. To be sure, the kits were bought from 2 different brands.
Only 2 people from 11 are fully boosted...all are Thai and most had 2 SV or 2 AZ months ago.
I don't know the boss but he sounds like a hard master.
What should happen? Should the guy go home and isolate, or should everyone WFH for 5 days and get tested before return?
Honest answers please because some of the staff have families and most use the MRT.

I made up the new password to avoid the .ทแป หะีดด stuff and I only filled in the red boxes (first time for no mobile phone requested}. I was delivered online a sparse ™ 47 and thought "all done".
Tonight, after 4 days, it said "rejected ".
I have not changed PPs or anything strange. OK< the past 2 times I used a trusted agent in Pattaya out of frustration (Im in BKK) but I know people on here who have gone back to online after using an agent.
MTT is a long way, and my agent worked out cheaper. I must do by 2nd Jan...but I want to use the new app.
Should I just send it again after I get and change another PW?

As said, mine came out in 3 minutes. It has my address and case number but not phone no. or last flight or even BKK post code... all neat. I think they may send a confirmation--bt if it's all in the numbers maybe they won;t!

Now have my password , which includes square brackets and other strange things.
My date of renewal is 2 Jan but I want to do it now as I am in the dates.
Anyway, my email is the one they have, I took time to get the password correct and I did the Capcha in 2 or 3 shots.
Then I get a red line saying INCORRECT DATA or similar.
Anyone know what I am doing wrong?

New system seems fine. Of course, I'm not due for 90 d just yet...but I registered and obtained my password in about three hours today, so i haven't used it in anger to get my 90d
I was surprised at the speed, as I expected rejection, mainly 'cos an agent did my past 2 90d using his messenger who must carry 200 a day plus various visas , so I havent been to IO for some time.
The registration reply came thru about two hours ago when I was not playing with the Mac...so if you get an N/A it may be that today the servers were too loaded (still odd that a modern server farm cannot cope with a few thousand farang, TIT). Roll on Quantum! (which they will never buy as it will process 10 million in 2 seconds).

Key did my new PP two years ago and it was back within 2 or 3 weeks.
Darren and his team provide an excellent service. Since finding Key I have used them for several different things. I would always recommend them.

Does anybody know the latest about entering Malaysia (by air)?
I need to go for 8 days (mixed social and business). Before Covid I was often there.
Has the lockdown ended? Im a Brit living in Thailand. Do I need to do Q on arrival? When returning to BKK can I go to my (own) home, or do I need 1 day in a Q Hotel? I have had 2 Pfizer and one AZ.
I can hang on for a few weeks if things will change

I now use an agent who charges me the same as a Grab and back, easy as it arrives home Ems in 2 days. I only need to post it. I started this caper when the on line was down and refused me for 10 days.
Now I’m stuck with this method unless I decide to go in person. It seems that, once you try a different way, you are unable to do online again until you reset the clock with a live visit. But, 500 b to avoid half a day of nonsense seems fine to me.

It has a QR code (the box) but was issued by and stamped by the hospitals. At the top banner it has a caduceus and Thailand Certificate of Covid 19 Vaccination (also in Thai).
Both are from the top 5 hospitals in BKK central area. Both are signed with a rubber stamp by a medic or pharmacist. Both have the Lot number or batch number of each jab.

It seems to have changed.
I was using an agent outside of BKK for 1 year.
This time I was getting a lift to main Immig. but they pulled me over to another desk, saying to me NO CHANGE OF PROVINCE, and I was fined 800b.
