Looking for recommendations on where and / or who performs this procedure in Bangkok and who might be considered most experienced in this specific operation.
Most Hospitals I have asked do not perform this procedure (with the exception of Vejatani, who were wishy washy on who performs this) but instead suggest "Lateral Internal Sphincterotomy" which comes with greater pain, longer recovery times and potential life long side effects of fecal incontinence.
Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

I thought LGBTQ+ was now old-school and been replaced with 2SLGBTQIAAP+++. (For clarity, the "." is actually a grammatical period/full-stop, and not a pretend gender - at least for now.)
Alphabet soup anybody?
I think you'll find the "." (period) is now for those that have the ability (or identify as having the ability) to bleed through their front hole

Of course it is possible to get malware IF you connect to a PC.
However, if you simply use the cable for charging from a wall unit, there is NO WAY any data can be transferred into your phone.
That is not what this is about... the cable itself injects the malware regardless of the device. The cable itself is compromised.
"if you simply use the cable for charging from a wall unit, there is NO WAY any data can be transferred into your phone." ... that is EXACTLY what this compromised cable can do. The cable has been modified to contain the malware. It does not need a source.

Excuse me Mr bank Knobs, Kevin Mitnik, perhaps the worlds best known Hacker, demonstrated this exact technique over 4 years ago.

Can you post a link to such an airline posting? Thanks! I'm hoping to chase down policy examples. My brother is flying soon
airlines departing from Australia have announcements stating passengers need to show covid vaccination status to board when traveling to Thailand. Have only checked JetStar/Qantas but would assume all are the same

I recommend she consult this doctor:
https://www.vejthani.com/doctor/dr-napa-parinyanitikul/
She is a professor at Chulalongkorn with specific interest in tripe negative breast cancer and completed a fellowship in medical breast oncology in the US at the prestigious MD Anderson Cancer Center.
She is only at Vejthani on Saturdays so make appointment well in advance. Otherwise might be possible to see her at the Chulalongkorn after hours clinic but that can be crowded, she'll likely be able to spend more time talking with your sister if seen at Vejthani.
Obviously, have her bring all records with her.
Has your she been tested for the BRCA1 mutation yet?
Thanks for the recommendation, I will try to set this up well in advance.
yes she was tested and is not carrying that mutation.

My sister (52yrs) was diagnosed with stage 3 Triple-negative lobular breast cancer approximately 8 months ago and has now undergone 6 month chemo and a double mastectomy. She has also had several lymph nodes under arm removed.
She will now be completing 6 weeks of radiation therapy after which she is planning to travel to visit me in Bangkok if she is able to do so.
Latest histology since completing chemo shows lobular TBNC particularly resistant to chemo and is possibly more extensive than first thought.
Her oncologist in Australia is severely under equipped to provide adequate care given my sister's remote location with very long wait times to get lab results to determine path forward if any.
I am hoping to get recommendations for a consult to a specialist in Bangkok while she is here to get a second opinion on her overall condition/treatment as well as suggesting any potential labs she might get done while here.
Many thanks

Except you only need to do the most surface level search to see the absolute plethora of metadata, observational studies to see vaccine related hair loss... US CDC also warns against the increased risk of hair loss... its not an unknown for crying out load.

22 percent of patients hospitalized for COVID-19 had experienced hair loss, which typically happens after stress, a shock, or a traumatic event. [Lancet 2021;397:220-232]
Another study showed that patients who had a COVID-19 infection were nearly four times as likely to have hair loss (hazard ratio [HR], 3.99) compared with those who were not infected. [Nat Med 2022;doi.org/10.1038/s41591-022-w] ... not a stretch to at least investigate the possibility of spike derived vaccine to have similar effects

Laser Anal Fissure Surgery
in Health and Medicine
Posted
@retarius appreciate the reply and agree that LIS is considered the gold standard. That said the relatively newer laser procedure shows less recovery times, less recurrence rates, less pain and less chance of potential fecal incontinence. I understand each case is different and patients respond differently. There are docs in Thailand well familiar with this technique, but wondered if anyone had any experience with hospitals that offer it.
