Thanks for the replies. Yes I'm back in Thailand after 2 years. Only here for 3 months and hoping to get our last house built. Our local village contractor keeps telling me that the price of materials has doubled in the last 18months. Needless to say I'm a bit skeptical.

Anyone have personal experience with construction supply cost? How much more expensive are materials steel, concrete than a year ago? Looking to build a house. Thanks, Ronald

Yes it would, we did ask the guy that drilled them and he's given us what I think is a crazy number. So I want to find out what a "fair price" is. Thanks!

Looking to drill a hot spring and I'd like to find out what the cost maybe for the job. Anyone here ever drilled one or know of a company that may be able too? Any help would be appreciated. It is a hot spring area, there are a couple drilled across the street from us. Thanks, Ronald
