In the Netherlands now all schools have selftests for Covid for the teachers and they have to test themselves 2 times a week. Why not possible here in THailand????
lol ... Sweden's schools have been open all along. Few children have gotten sick. None died. Time to wake up. Life back to normal.

Covid-19 is mutating into a new form that attacks young people, similar to the Spanish Flu. Those with healthy immune systems may be at greater risk now.
Bunk. You should be ashamed.

Less than a hundred people died from this virus all last year in Thailand. 2000 road deaths in the first six week of this year. Can someone please tell me why the government is freaking out?

I have a question about the marriage visa requirements:
One of the requirements is a copy of your wife's house book and ID. Does this mean her house book where she was born or where you are living now because we are living in a rented house and the owner has the house book not my wife.
Thanks!

Less than a hundred people have died so far in this country. Restrictions are nonsense. Virus is gonna do what the virus is gonna do.

Right...another way to look at the situation in Thailand is to compare Covid deaths and road deaths...
First six weeks in Thailand
Covid less than five... (don't know the exact number)
Road deaths more that 2,000
Billions lost to Covid mitigation including stupid lockdowns...and draconian immigration policies...but Thailand isn't alone in this...

How many people has Thailand tested to reach this conclusion - what is the "R-Rate" across the country
Without the above you can not determine anything
Mass testing has been a disaster. Test if you're ill. Otherwise, carry on.

Wonder how much a dose would cost now?

These are the doctors who have been testing Ivermectin as well as compiling worldwide research on it. You can buy here in Thailand for about 100 baht per 6mg tab. I've been taking it. My dose is 18mg, as it is calculated by weight. According to the US docs on that website you dose on day one, day three and then every two weeks.
The doc says if you take it, you will not get it...Covid 19.

Yet, many of these "bar girls" will be forced to go back to school and learn English properly. No more "same same, ting tong, poom pui, ba ba baw baw". Then they can escape a miserable life of squalor and degradation.
Sadly, these farang mongers don't care about their physical/mental/spiritual wellbeing, or that of themselves.
Hey handsum man! Where you go?

What about really involving interpol?
They should get him into a court room and show they are willing to do real justice
by an appropriate sentencing and a real prison stay of full length
Why is it that so many observers still see this whole affair as a farce?
It's no different in the provinces and to less wealthy individuals. A student killed pedestrian, drunk, and was shipped off on an exchange program for two years while his family paid off the police. A drunk teacher drifted into on coming traffic and collided with a motorcyclist, killing her instantly. He and his girlfriend's family paid off the police and quietly left the country soon after.

If everyone is wearing a mask, it reduces the risk of infection. Fail safe? No. But studies have shown it decreases the odds of infection. considerably.
BTW. wasn't this the yehoo that derided 'farang' for refusing face masks back when this thing started?

Open schools for three days after months of being closed and then close them again???
Beyond stupid. We just can't get a break from the mind numbing idiocy that pervades this government.

They had the QR Code thing a the mall but not at Big C. Instead of using that, the mall has you sign a sheet with the time you arrived plus phone number and then you are supposed to sign you out when you leave. I left by a different door so...

I've been buying these Thai steaks (Suphanburi) from Tesco recently. 139baht and taste very nice with some cabernet sauvignon. Although Australian beef is nicer, I'd rather support Thai during this time.
I find Thai beef very good. Like I said before, some of the Tops cuts are a bit uneven but tasty. I want to support Aussie beef as well as they beef is being boycotted by the Chinese because the Aussie wanted an international investigation into the CCP virus. Go Aussie beef.

The WHO is an unreliable source for medical information. If you learn how it's funded, who funds it, and what those funding sources what from the WHO, and if you read about its behavior during the early days of this pandemic and during the so called investigation of the cause of the pandemic, you'll understand that it can no longer be trusted.
