  4. Some time ago, when I posted an item at the post office and had to show an ID, I used my driver's license. However, it was rejected because the old passport number was still entered there. This shows that even the post office checks for a current passport based on the number. Later, with an updated driver's license, there were no more problems at the post office.

  7. I'm suspicious of these chicks! Everything used to work better without them.
  8. I have lived at my current address for almost 20 years. The TM30 notification was made by my landlord at the time. But I have no record of it. There have been no problems with it so far. I regularly submit my 90-day report, always with this address. If I now go abroad and come back to the same address after 4 weeks, do I need to submit a new TM30 notification?
  9. I have had the impression on several occasions that the woman at the first counter in the building on the right does not like farangs. She makes everything complicated.
  10. For the residence certificate one original and a copy is definitely enough (own experience last week). But the immigration wants to sell you two originals. Therefore, it is better to specify only car OR motorcycle when they ask.
  11. It's a shame you have to mention this every time. You're right though, it's just that people don't get it.
  12. That sounds like little at first, but it's 400 baht a day!
