I regularly submit my 90-day report, always with this address. If I now go abroad and come back to the same address after 4 weeks, do I need to submit a new TM30 notification?

There is no company that laid the connection. It is a new connection from the router to the WiFi Range Extender. I would hire a company, but I don't know any. I just came back from the AZ vaccination in Bangkok Pattaya. And have an appointment for the second shot. Including 30 min. observation room I needed only one and a half hours. Top service!

Bangkok Hospital Pattaya is currently offering a free vaccination with AstraZeneca. I successfully signed up yesterday and will get my first vaccination next week. Call them and have your patient number and passport ready. The patient number is the same as at Jomtien Hospital.
