You can't, there are many different medicactions one can use. Fir the stronger ones that use Steroids and Urea you need a doctors prescription and you can only get it from a hospital or real medical clinic.  For the psoriasis I have I use Dermovate cream with 10% Urea. It keeps the skin cells from growing to thick. However, you can not use it for to long as it makes your skin thin and you can end up getting bruise marks just from scratching very easy.  I use Xamiol on my arms and scalp as well as Daivonex.   I have splitches all over.  It is an autoimmune disorder.  The creams an ointments are not cheap at all.

Go see a dermatologist to have it checked out.

I made an appointment for this Saturday: is it true that if I scratch the part affected by psoriasis and then scratch another part of the body, I can also infect the healthy part? It is currently evident on the right leg and I believe it has also appeared near the shoulder

  2. I think I am suffering from an initial state of psoriasis: obviously I will go to a dermatologist, but I would like to know if any of you have ever been affected by it and if it has healed over time.

None of the things preached by the Christ are harmful, but bad men have twisted them to serve their evil purposes.

Why did God, who is Love, tolerate, and sometimes endorse, so much violence in the Old Testament? One of the main criticisms leveled at Islam is that the Koran clearly instigates and encourages violence... Example: Sura Al-Imran, verse 127 «The Lord will make you overcome, and this is to kill and humiliate the unbelievers, who will thus be losers in this life and in the hereafter"... but the bible also contains similar passages... (I prefer not to report extrapolated sentences without the relative context, but you will agree with me that there are very similar sentences... ).

So, I ask: if he really was as good as they say, why did He endorse that kind of violence?

Might be helpful to say if there is a certain side of Bkk that you prefer.

    N - S - E - W?

Something near Minburi will be great, otherwise any kind of place is ok if not in the centre. Thank you so much.

.....so to blame Jesus for the bad deeds of the crusaders is not correct....

Personally I give the figure of Christ (whether this was his name, whether or not he was a son of God, whether he was one or three different ones) for having transmitted incredibly new, surprising and revolutionary ideas about relationships between people, the consideration that everyone should have for others, the importance of their actions and forgiveness, especially in a West that knew little about these things .. just as I recognize the importance of Darwin with regard to studies on the origin of species.

And just as I do not hold Darwin or other evolutionary scientists or anthropologists guilty of the misleading and ignoble use that the Nazis made of their words, I certainly cannot blame Jesus for the crusades or any other of the many filth, still today, perpetrated under the sign of the cross.

I condemn those who have manipulated his words for their own gain.

    .....underrated......

I think it is overrated both historically and otherwise: thinking that there is a God, a superior being to whom we can turn when situations are bigger than us, is a human need.

Thinking that after the earthly life there is another life is a human need, a consolation that many of the bereaved feel the need to continue to move forward.

So as much as I want to rail against any type of religion and especially against those who exploit them, it cannot be denied that human beings feel a need for spirituality.

It is the economy that moves the world, wars have always been waged for economic reasons even if disguised under religion and simple people believe in it.

I would like to see Christ at work because he was a great communicator, I believe a great philosopher and perhaps I like his ideas at first glance more than those preached by someone else.

That then on balance, they turned out to be harmful ideas, is not all his fault I think.

  7. I fear that the character of Christ has been greatly overrated: his figure has been magnified over time, exaggerated by legend, his life and deeds mixed with other ideas, philosophies and myths (if not with other pre-existing religions).

Probably, very little of what has come down to us, moving through time (2000 years!) and in space (from Palestine to Rome) represents the truth.

Historically speaking then, only chance and the favorable situation wanted this religion rather than another to proliferate. And over time, Christianity risked disappearing. Among other things, one day the God, who for many is now immortal, will disappear and "die". As all divinities die when those who created and venerated them die (see many examples: Mayan and Aztec, Indian, Greek, Roman divinities, etc.).

That said, it is true that wars and violence existed before Christ, and it is also true that the idea of peace, love and solidarity between men existed before.

Therefore, Christ did not say anything new, and in any case, what he said was not heard.

I guess he misunderstood something, or maybe his GF had some connections that pulled some strings, what he described is definitely not the normal procedure.

My girlfriend was in a similar position in the past, and I was involved in every step, I was at the police station every time with her, and my Thai is good enough to understand what everybody says.

Step 1: Prepare all evidence, print chat logs, money transfer receipts, and also get a statement from your bank and highlight the transaction. Better get 2 copies or everything, and sign every page in blue ink.

Step 2: Go to the police station and report it, there are actually two choices for a report "บันทึกประจำวัน", let's call this "A", and then there is "แจ้งความดำเนินคดี", let's call this "B"

Option A is basically useless, they just record what you tell them, but there is no need for them to act upon this. They will probably try to talk you into A, simply because they are lazy, and if they talk you into A, you can be sure that after this nothing will happen.

So you have to insist on option B, and then you tell them what happened, they write it down, you sign it and you hand over your evidence. When signing it make sure that the form doesn't say "บันทึกประจำวัน", they might trick you into doing A, but option B is what you want. Because if you submit the report according to B they are actually forced to act.

Step 3: A few months later (if you get the press involved, have connections, or pay a bribe this might happen sooner) they will have inspected the evidence that you gave them in step 2, and if it's plausible they will call you, ask you to come in again, maybe clarify some details and you have to sign some documents again.

Step 4: They will send a letter to the person who you accuse to come to the police station. The person has two weeks to do this. If they don't show up, another letter is sent, giving them another two weeks. If they still don't show up the police will contact the court to issue an arrest warrant, this will take another month or two.

    Step 5:

If the person attended the police station on their own, they will then give their statement, and if they and you want you can do a deal there with them.

If the person doesn't show up police has an arrest warrant from a court, and they will try to arrest him/her, then at some point take them to court, where a judge will rule the case. It might be that when an arrest warrant is issued the bank account is frozen as well, but I'm not sure.

So in case of the other poster, I would assume that either his girlfriend has connections, or his time frame is not accurate. The bank account was probably never frozen.

I'd assume that the girlfriend did the police report, police called the fraudster to the police station, and OP's girlfriend agreed that withdraw any charges if the person refunds the money, and that's it. If the girlfriend has connections, or maybe the police officer was somehow motivated, this might have happened within a week, but in normal circumstances expect this to take months.

So it is not a quick action to freeze the account: thought it takes one-two days to do that.
