  2. In December 2019, my ALT was 81 iu/l and my AST was 37 iu/l. I had NAFLD. My doctor advised me to change my diet and eat less saturated fat and trans fat. I stopped eating fried foods and limited eating hamburgers to once per week. After eight months, I had another blood test and my ALT and AST levels were within the normal range.
  3. I live in California, USA. I applied for a Thai e-visa in November 2021. It took six days from when I submitted the application and paid online to when I got the email that it was approved. The online e-visa payment system wouldn't take my regular visa card. It did accept my Visa Debit card.
  4. 1 2 3 4 worked as the default PIN today, Dec. 13, 2021, on my new AIS 1 2 Call SIM, that I bought two days ago. Thanks for the information! I like to lock the SIM because I had a phone stolen once and the thief moved the load off the sim card to another account. If your SIM is registered to you, with AIS, and the SIM is locked, you can transfer the load to another SIM.
  5. I hope that Pattaya allows most restaurants to serve alcohol to avoid the crowding. Other people may want the few places, serving on the down low, to get closed and for tourists to drink alone in their hotel rooms. We will see what happens.
  6. Is anyone else still receiving the News Updates on the LINE app? The account was listed as the Thai Visa Official LINE account. I have not seen an Aseannow Official LINE account. Please let me know if you find a way to get the News Updates.
  7. I have been following Aseannow on the Line App for several months as recommended in the links at the bottom of all current news posts. The last news update I have received was on Friday, July 30, 2021. Is the Line App news update service offline now?
