    I think you can leave the TM6 number blank now if you didn't get one when entering the country. I am sure immigration does not expect to see one now.

    Insurance is not required for a non-o visa. Due to covid some embassies were wanting 90 days of medical Insurance for a non-o visa.

    Some border crossings may do it by land. The problem is using 2 passports to do the crossing. You could fĺy in using the Thai passport to enter and then depart by land.
