  1. Actually for Burapha you need to enter your ID card number (whatever that is) to verify if your name is on the list for Pfizer starting Monday morning. For some reason if left blank the name of a gentleman pops up (farang). Tried with my passport number and did not match.
  2. Burapha University Hospital in Chonburi has posted on its Facebook page that Pfizer is now available for childern 12 to 18 with conditions, pregnant women, those over 60 and those under 60 with conditions. I believe it says that they have been provided a list of recipients and ask that everyone verify if your name is on that list. However, it looks like there is currently only 1 person on that list. Maybe someone with better thai reading skills can verify what they are saying. Link provided by Burapha Hospital on their facebook page: https://buh.buu.ac.th/covidvaccine/ Maybe this is the start of expatvac sending out lists of eligible recipients to local hospitals. I just checked and have not receipved anything.
  3. Just watched the CCSA English language covid update today. They are now backpeddling big time on the promise made by the Thai general that 150,000 doses of the 1.5M US donation would be going to foreigners. The MFA spokesperson went out of her way to stress that those under 60 with no health conditions will get either Sinovac, Astra Zeneca or Pfizer (listed in that order) and added that it will depend on the local hospital vaccine availability on that day. So it sounds like only those 60+, those under 60 with underlying conditions and pregnant women will be getting Pfizer. Going by their own figures from the expatvac registration, this means that only 14,000 foreigners may get Pfizer or 28k doses. A far cry from 150K doses. She very briefly mentioned at the end that thai people going overseas such as students would be getting Pfizer without providing any figures for that group of people.
