  2. hi thanks for useful info....guess Krungsri make their money on their exchange rate .is there a daily limit to take out money in uk from thai card......i will check them out as when i go back to uk...i dont know when or if i will get back to thailand......i was suprised to find that 2 of my accounts needed to be unlocked even though i had been doing transfers and top ups online from uk....apparently needed to do an actual counter transaction once a year..but due to covid etc not been here in 3 years ..do you know if that applies to debit cards as well.. (eg need to be in thailand once a year)...thanks
  3. hi does the Bangkok Bank B1st debit card work ok in uk and do you have to put in the 6 digit pin (as atm 4 pin in UK) or is there a better card to get...to draw money out when back in uk.. thanks
  4. hi how many days wait is it now after booking appointment for driving licence renewal or can i just turn up (Pattaya)...it...ran out during covid..it will be 1 year 11 months over.due i was told ok for 2 years expired due to covid ... will i have to do full test again (motorbike )and how do i book appointment thanks
  5. hi re TM30 Registration online can i set up and register first.....online from UK without a vpn.....and can i do on computer or is it on phone app only .....due to go to thailand February, i have my own condo VT6 but need Tm30 for motorbike licence renewal etc ....just going visa on arrival 45 days maybe extend if i sell condo thanks for any info
  6. hi i have 5 year thai car and motorbike licence. i use.for a 125 cc runabout....does that mean i could ride a 600 cc motor bike in uk without passing a uk test............legaly for a year ,,,,sounds crazy
