I no longer get into CR regularly anymore due to health and mobility but my question is there a good goto shop for vitamins or must use the online shops but lots of copycat vitamins as of my last foray on there. I know Boots has c and simple selection but it would eni e to find a location that had a dedicated area for vitamins and supplements. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks Randell

Thanks all for the interesting reminisces and advice. I have seen an opthomologist and and optometrist tested me with very modern equipment for my prescription. What I was asking for specifically was a referral to a optical shop in Chiang Rai city and surrounds.

Hello I have had a shop make some new lenses for me and it turned out totally unsatisfactory they even changed once but they had the prescription wrong. I have now a new prescription from a doctor at a hospital. Now I ask is anyone has a trusted referral to suggest beside the over priced big fashy shops like Top Choron. I need a progressive lense. Thanks for your help. I don't get into town very much anymore due to health so the alternative shop is nolonger where I remember it ha ha.

I was hoping for a recommendation of a shop with some one with more than beautician skills. The look queing at the hospital really does me in but it very well be the way to proceed. I have been able to get into town hopefully I will do some exploring this week. Any success I have will be updated thank you for your input.

Severely ingrown was exactly what I was talking about and painful to walk. I hope that is clearer but I will go and check out some shops. But I need some technical help not beautifing.

Have a quite urgent need of some help with my toenails . I have developed trumpet toenails where they start to curl in and under. I personally can not reach well and obviously what I have been doing is either wrong or not enough. Any ideas I have seen YouTube advice but can not implement it on my own.

I am at a loose to try and sort out with may be a good solid product from all the junk.I ham totally ignorant when it comes to regional brands. Anyone with a unit that they are pleased with please let me know. I guess what I am asking is more about reliability. I had hoped to buy a used top grade model at a discount but the prices are all over the place and a lot are the same as new models so not that much of a discount. As you may gather I am well out of my depth here. But a few positive reviews from the forum here would help other reviews seem to be mostly fluff up bit of advertising. Any way any one with a machine or experience please give me the benefit of your experience.
