"Previously, the FDA had found that most of these kinds of supplements contained sildenafil, a medication used to treat erectile dysfunction which is classified as a specially controlled drug and must be used under the supervision of a doctor."  That will come as a shock to millions of farang! 😁

.... meaning all my sexual improvements with my inflatable gf actually has not been anything but imagination ... :shock1:

If they were serious they would devalue the Baht by around 20% in the same way Malaysia did two or three years ago.  Truth is they are not interested and just give Lip Service to the matter !

It's not about seriousness and all about the total picture of impact - known and unknown ...

I am soooooo tired of this.

I was a smoker for 35 years and I managed to quit. Yes, I am 'The Worst'. What a God-Awful human being I am. I should be beaten in the street and shot like a rabid dog for having the nerve to stop.

Smoking is an addiction that does nothing good for anyone except for the corporate profiteers. Hey smokers! The truth is that a group of anchors (spelling, add a 'W') utilized a substance which is addictive in a product and for decades has been profiteering off weakness; yes, your weakness is a source of corporate profits. That okay with you?

On top of that, smokers smell. No, they reek. Further, they selfishly harm the environment around them through second-hand smoke and the odious habit of tossing their butts everywhere. Finally, they waste money for no gain, clog up hospitals, and die young causing grief for their families, friends and loved ones.

Smoking is vile, disgusting and stupid. Period.

Am I 'the Worst' for writing this? I do not give a Rats Ass what you think; I am proud to be a reformed smoker.

Smoking is a solvable problem. Man up, stop whining and deal with it.

    Spot-On ...

I like the AirBnB concept and have stayed in locations in the USA. I've been pleased! However, on my soi in S. Pattaya there are 2 houses that rent out thru AirBnB and other websites.  Both houses have pools and those get used during the day, and at night. But there needs to be a night time CURFEW ENFORCED. Signs should be posted and a contact number for the owners should be supplied. Some of us go to work in the morning and I've had these renters up screaming loudly past 3:30am. Unacceptable.

RE - Both houses have pools and those get used during the day, and at night.

    * Arrange a way to drain out the water every afternoon or to add a tiny hungry crocodile - the last option is quicker, but may create some noise at first - just for a short while only ...

I thought AirBNB,was illegal in Thailand,or have things changed.

    regards Worgeordie

The same came to my mind based on previous statements from the government, but we may assume that to put a real stop for AirBnB will be as challenging as to prevent the sun from shining ...

If he was in a position to buy himself out of this situation... he would not have needed to leave jail without permission so to speak.  He probably could have bought his way out of a death penalty with information on his supply chain of precursors.

It cost probably more to pay for the way out than to pay for increased comfort during the stay ...

He is a criminal, there are ways to get over the border illegal . Of course he should not go the legal way. That you even think about this is strange, usually your quite sharp. It is still early however.

If your a criminal on the run you don't take a normal border checkpoint you try to get over any other way. Its extra risk but as you say the risk of getting caught at a border checkpoint is higher.

Hmm, it does not appear to be a single visa requirement for criminals .... 🤔

    Ouch!

I would not want to be them when they are caught.

Being arrested and jailed in Thailand is already something that I would not wish on my worst enemies, but these ones, should they live, are likely to have it even worse than most.

In their shoes, I wouldn't allow myself to be captured...

Depending on the amount of cash you have available and Thai prisons are not any exception ...
