I have bought many different brands of tools, nearly all have rusted even though i have wiped them down with an oily rag before storage.
However, King Tony is quite expensive and has yet to rust.

It automatically regenerates when it gets to about 45% full, but regular long trips/motorway driving will help keep it empty and prolong the life on the dpf and cat.

Is the builder local? If so, he should of known about the soil conditions.
Talk to a structural engineer and call another builder.

The breaker protects the wire. Changing it will not make the heater any better or any worse.
Change the wire or use a lower wattage heater. How long is the wire run from the consumer unit to the heater?

You can buy Fipronil form most chemical shops. It will kill the whole colony.

You can't really.
However, if you are buying a car from a dealer, it will always be in the last owner's name. If you are that worried, ask the seller to accompany you to the Land Office and only pay when the transfer has been accepted.

It is quite normal that the seller's name is not in the book, but a signed power of attorney is given. Foreign owned vehicles also need a passport showing a valid visa for the registered owner.
I have bought many vehicles with cash and only received the book and signed transfer and power of attorney forms.

I am not surprised, but It would seem that is no consistency in their advice. I think your school needs to contact the MoE not the MFA.

I have my name on a spreadsheet from the MOE approving me but it is just a word document with no official stamp or names.

I have a full teaching licence. The London Embassy is listing it as a requirement for a Non B.
I am told the Labour Office wont accept the WP3 as i am not in the country, However, the WP3 is the form that is used for applicants applying in another country.
FYI: My name is on the Ministry of Education list so no problems getting a COE once i have a visa.

Hi, I need a WP3 (work permit pre-application) for a Non B visa application, but my school has told me that the Labour Office wont issue one.
Any ideas?
