I use my Synology for years with Quickconnect or IPv6 and Synology DDNS or own domain, external IPv4 is disabled. IPv6 update of own domain with qmcgaw-ddns-updater in Docker. No problems, in Thailand even the cellphone providers offer IPv6.

I had my first AZ shot through Bangkok Hospital Khon Kaen already and was given an appointment for the second shot 2 months later.
