  1. Hello folks. Little change to the above. My inlaws have seen some sense and my nephew will not be taking a year out of education and will return to school after his holidays Hopefully this will make the visa application more straight forward
  2. Hi there, My wife and I reside in Northern Ireland. My wife has British Indefinite Leave to remain and Irish citizenship. We want to invite our 15 year old Thai nephew to come and visit us in Northern Ireland. I know we have to show proof we can sustain his travel and stay in Northern Ireland without recourse to public funds, living accommodation and proof we legally reside in Northern Ireland. What I am not sure about is what my sister in law has to provide with the application in Thailand? I would imagine she has to write a letter granting permission for his travel, airline ticket and travel insurance. What other documents must she include with the application? What proof does a 15 year old show for reason to return to Thailand if he is not returning to education. Your help is greatly appreciated Thanks
