Come on.  If the death certificate says cause of death was CV19, then it was CV19

My 80-year-old sister died last January.

Over the last few years, she had been in and out of hospitals, numerous times, for complications of COPD. This round she stayed at home. She was bed ridden for a few weeks. For months before that, she spent most of her time "resting".

Her last bout culminated with a night with 3 strokes, dying from the 3rd.

Her husband tested positive for covid. She tested positive for covid. Her husband was a symptomatic. She exhibited no symptom differing from her previous bouts with COPD.

My brother-in-law asked the attending EMT, an MD, so she will be another covid statistic. To his surprise, the MD said no, cause of death will be noted as stroke. He continued to say that if she had been an hospital patient, the cause would have been covid, ... BECAUSE THE HOSPITAL GETS $30K for expenses treating covid patients.

If the death certificate says "stroke" it's "stroke"!

Attached is from Biotechnology Innovation Org to Biden. It's quite sensible. Item 3 supports the PEPVAR proposal, which is described in this link:

If they give politicians money, maybe Biden will listen to sensible advice, rather than advice from people who have superficial delusory ideas like patent waivers at WTO, which would not get vaccines into arms sooner. Whether Thailand gets Moderna in August or next January depends on Moderna production capacity expanding on schedule at their contract manufacturers.

The same theme as the opioid manufacturers used to get congress to open/expand the flow.

Yes; all these roadblocks and bottlenecks are bad for business.

I've spoken with many in the US.  Every one says jabs are widely available.  With some places giving goodies out as an incentive to get one.  Love the idea of Ohio.  A million dollar lottery.

You see, in the US, all the politician were paid off in advance. So, it's a direct distribution pipeline.

I guess most of the stuff there is imported from China, except most clothes.

Read simple1's link. We're not only talking heavy manufacturing.

Worldwide, most "real" stuff is imported from China. And, the concern is not only the manufacture, but also access, sale, and distribution.

There is millions of baht of domestically pirated software, DVDs, CDs, and "designer" goods available at the venues I cited.

  5. Right now, my mother-in-law, well into the priority age group, registered and is scheduled for her first jab in July.

Then there is the required (non-scheduled) follow-up required 3 weeks later.

Since the initial roll-out is such a clusterdump, why would anyone believe the 3 week follow-up will happen on schedule?

What's the prognosis with no, or a very delayed, follow-up?

I could tell by the look on her face that she was disappointed.

Just possibly it was the fact that the king's face is on the currency. At least inthe past, Thais have taken the handling of money very seriously because of that.
