Was reading your post form last March about the regulations for how far off the coast you can run your boat. (nice boat!) I'm on a 50' liveaboard trawler - a "passagemaker" actually, and my Thai licensing states 15 mile limit. I've ignored this and taken her outside of Thailand. Once crossed 500 miles to Andaman Islands. Nobody cares evidently....
