Thanks for the replies.
Just 1 more question, can I arrive in thailand on a visa exempt and then go to Savanakhet and make a 1 year visa based on my marriage to my thai wife.
Just wondering if Savarnakhet has started doing 1 year visa non o to visit family and what are the covid requirements to enter at the moment.
Thanks in advance for any information

I have applied for a single entry tourist visa now, dashboard says it has been processed, visa sent by email.
Now 2 days and still not received email with visa, has anyone any idea how long before I will receive the email with visa?
Thanks for the reply MicIB,
I went to the road off last month and they said I needed a proper visa.
I have now applied for a single entry visa which is being processed so I will renew next time back.
The reason I asked about the insurance cover on a 60 day single entry visa is because I need to renew my driving licence and I cannot do this on a visa exempt.
I work 28 days on 28 days off, so I cannot apply for the right to remain at immigration because of the 30 day under consideration.
This has nothing to do with go fund me.
Is it OK if I enter thailand for a 2nd time on a visa exempt? My stay will only be for 19 days.
If I came in on a single entry tourist visa 60 days, does my insurance cover need to cover the 60 days.
Thanks in advance for any info
If you have the 3 doses on the nhs certificate, up load the certificate with the first dose on it, and then on the 2nd dose up load 2nd and 3rd dose, I never up loaded the scans and it worked for me.
I will be flying in and out of Thailand for my work offshore UK sectors, 28 days on 28 days off.
I am wondering if you are traveling in and out for your company as an essential worker do you still need to do the Thailand pass to get back in?
Thanks in advance for any info
