    Though I have a 100Mbps+ fiber connection in HDY. I could not even load the page (using google Chrome, Firefox and Opera) and always experienced a timeout. I did my report by mail and received the new passport attachment within 10 days. In the future I will keep on doing the report by mail.

    AFAIK there is a 37% import duty on spare parts. But better check with the customs directly.

    I bet this case will be out of the news shortly, and there will be no follow ups. And the NACC will not be woken up.

    Everybody talks about Thai, but actually it shows the gross ineptitude of the Thai government to deal with this problem for five years. And the Thai folks and we pay for this with our taxes. The ingrained inability of the government is abhorrent.
