Lots of problems with customer service...Pay with credit card but if not in stock to get a Refund is a bad experience..Took 2 Hours just to get on the Chat room to file a complaint..Not good for a Company this size...

This is a Phone I bought from China and they told me to Not return it Fed X or any expensive way because there Customs will take it...EMS Scans all the Boxes and returns them...You can Buy a Phone New in Box and receive it airmail but if broken you can't return it..

During Christmas I mailed my Brother a Box of gifts from Thailand and had the Box returned stating a Scanner saw Battery's inside so the Box was not put on a Plane.....The Box had only Gifts/souvenirs and No battery of any type inside...
I ordered a New Cell Phone from E Bay sent from Hong Kong and arrived fine...3 Days latter the Phone broke stopped working all together..Seller said Return in the original Box so I did for a replacement or Refund....This Box was stopped at the Airport by security stating a Battery was inside and sent back to me again Losing Money..Not sure what to do...The Phone is sealed with a Non Removable Battery and if I attempt to mail it back to the dealer it will only be returned again....Any solution to this Post Office problem?

The fine for voluntary payment should be 2,000 baht (regardless of time) or 4,000 if found out (normally during an arrest). Max is 5,000 but if not payed they can also charge an extra 200 baht per day until you do so.
For probably 99% the fine will be 2,000 baht and it is quite firm these days at most locations.
Yep, I can confirm the 2,000 baht, which I paid at Phiboon Mangshan Immi, because I was two days late.
2000THB for 2 days late? Wow this is some penality!
