Deutsche Post and DHL...same farm - different animals. Most likely your parcel is coming by Deutsche Post which would explain the Thailand Post tracking link. That could take up to 2 weeks.

Shouldn't more than a couple of days for DHL Flyer. About 3-4 days for DHL Express.
Edit: Just noticed your screenshot is showing Thailand Post tracking link. Was it some other economy service?

PR stamp in blue (or white) book is only a reentry stamp. You can get a new one whenever you want to travel.
BTW, 5 years reporting is for the red book.

One clean page for a new Thai Non-B visa is not enough for a trip to Singapore and back. Don't think a new visa sticker will be pasted by another consulate on a page with the defaced sticker.
By the way, I had a problem entering China with just a corner of a previous visa sticker missing on one page of my passport. Don't know about Singapore, but Chinese immigration were very concerned about the missing piece, even though that was an old visa used-up long ago.
