I have been waiting since July last year to get PEA to connect my Solar Installation to the Grid. Really how long should it take to get this completed?? A Token is the way to go. I do that with the same Bank and works ok to send money overseas up to their customer imposed limit.

You can get an international Sim Card from AIS, just need to keep topping it up. It works for all countries and I have used them. Can recommend it

Seems that they are going to send all expats the same rejection email, and blame their incompetence in designing a Form correctly on the expats. I believe the whole fiasco is a smokescreen to suggest they are doing something for expats when they have no intention of fulfilling their moral obligation to foreigners,
