I am getting ready to apply for our daughters UK passport, can anyone please tell me what documents I need from her Thai mother that will also need to be translated. We have the Thai marriage certificate, Childs Birth cert (Thai) , blue house book / ID card. Is the mothers birth certificate necessary? What else will I need? thanks for your help

Hi I booked an appointment with them last month, sent an email and got a response in 24 hours. It seems everything you've done is correct but as it's now a long weekend holiday maybe wait til Monday and resend your email.

Update; passport agency sent me an email saying my payment had been rejected. They gave me a phone number to call with a reference code. Can only contact them on Tuesday and Thursday 09:30 to 15:30 . Anyways I called and asked for them to use my wife's same card. RESULT:Payment accepted. Happy again ????

I have just had a payment for my passport renewal rejected. I used my wife's credit card she assured me it was ok for international transactions. Apparently not. She's now authorized the bank to make the payment but so far nothing has been charged to her account. What can I do? Will the passport agency contact me? It's a worry.
