Moved from Bangkok to Hua Hin in Oct 2022, my Visa was issues in April 2022 in Bangkok CW, expired in April 2023 while in Hua Hin, now renewed in Hua Hin Completed TM30 on arrival in Hua Hin. Have done two 90 day online reports in Hua Hin since I arrived in Hua Hin, before my visa expired in April 2023. I use the magnifying glass to autopopulate the TM47, as expected even with my TM 30 a month old now in Hua Hin my first TM47 submission was rejected. Submitted it again 2 days later, rejected again, submitted it again 2 days later, rejected again, submitted again 2 days later.........wham'o approved. Finally, someone in Immigration looked at my TM47 submission after being rejected 3 times, and referenced the TM47 information against the IM database and said to themselves, <deleted> me "the Farang is correct". Found two things while living here for the past 6 years in Thailand, never ask any IM officer about IM IT system problems, response "software no good" and if you believe your TM47 information is current and correct, keep submitting it online as often as you can, it ALWAYS eventually gets someone attention to look it and in my case got 100% approvals, eventually! From my limited understanding of how the TM47 online reporting system and IM database, work together real time, "THEY DON'T". They seem to have no API (Application Programming Interface) or ESB (Enterprise Service Bus) between the IM legacy system and the TM47 enterprise system. What it means for us,.....often pain and frustration.

I reported the same issue to NAB over 10 days ago, just absolutely hopeless bunch of morons at the CS help desk. I can receive 2FA codes from Microsoft, Google, Wise Australia, OFX Australia, I even changed my 2FA Thailand number from True too my DTAC phone still fails. I have used my Windows PC for the last 5 years successfully to use NAB internet banking in Thailand, receiving these 2FA codes on my phone. Same iPhone for the 2FA SMS codes for 5 years. I went through all the same BS as other OP about cookies etc. but you can't define stupidity. I have been receiving these 2FA codes from NAB for over 5 years, here. Even had 3 friends in different states of AUS to SMS me successfully. NAB wanted me to chase down TRUE, I told them I don't think so as it happens on DTAC mobile service as well. It could be an underlying issue on the international gateway provider in Thailand, I told them go have your tech people chase down CAT Telecom who own the base internet infrastructure. Maybe with all the scam SMS going on, they have blocked these numbers from AUS. I spent hours over 4 service calls to these morons in AUS CS help desk going over the same explanation and security checks, costing me no doubt quite a few Baht on my mobile. BTW, on the fourth service NAB call, they indicated another customer in BKK reported the same NAB problem. To circumvent as temporary solution, I had to change my 2FA number to my son in Australia, so I could move funds internationally into Thailand. I have worked in IT for 40 years with allied and competitive vendors in cross-platform infrastructure troubleshooting problems. These hopeless IT people responsible for identifying and resolving this SMS problem should all be sacked, an absolute useless bunch of pretenders that have no sense of urgency or how to troubleshoot this problem. Yes, I often wonder where all this useless Thai required paper work goes to die a slow death. I went to Immigration to acquire a residency certificate recently with all the correct paperwork (for opening a dam Thai bank account with almost all the same paperwork again, plus some) The IM outside scrutinizer checked all my paper work and said 5 to 10 days if I go upstairs to the main IM office or if you duck around to the back of the building you can get it done now for 500 Baht, I thought sounds good to me. Got it all done 15 mins, then I realized this was not IM, but an agent working for IM. I thought OMG another bunch of my personal information spread all over Thailand and I have no idea where it goes to after this agent packs it up..
