I am having problems with the 'Flushing' mechanism of my American Standard toilet.

Can anyone advise where I may find a Shop in CM that specialises in sale of the Internal parts for a toilet bowl ?

My present set up, 2 Photos below, is completely different and I need to do an upgrade.

There are many video's on You Tube that offer information.

If you want the genuine American Standard  set then you might have to shop around. HomePro have American Standard toilets so should stock the inside bits.

If you only need to change the part that's attached to the water inlet (normally the first part to go wrong), then you can get a "FillPro", easy to fit and can be adjusted to save water. They are a bit more expensive but last for ages and easily adjustable.

Packaging is more blue here!  You can buy from at least 2 shops on Sridonchai Rd.

- the big home mart shop across from the plywood store and the smaller shop almost next door to that.

If you have an older (15 years or more) American Standard toilet and want original parts, then you will more than likely not find the parts anywhere else but at บริษัท นพดลพานิช จำกัด Home Mart, but not any of the ones in the city but their largest store out on the way to San Kamphaeng. A few years ago they bought all the new old stock of parts for older American Standard appliances and they are housed at that location only. You can buy a kit that contains all of the parts and completely rebuild the toilet for about 950 Baht or buy piece by piece. If your toilet is newer then you may find the parts at the American Standard supplier on Chang Phueak - or as cmsally said, you can buy generic parts at Home Pro, etc.

Spot on, I always used to buy American Standard parts from them (location on Superhighway), but couldn't remember their name !!

However having bought enough of those rubber seals that line the flush cap to last a century and using the fillpro to replace the water inlet, I seem pretty well stocked. I have found those the main 2 things that need replacing. After that the toilet goes !

American Standard on the Superhighway always had parts for me.  Go past JJ Market to Superhighway and turn left, stay on the access road and you will see the American Standard store on the left about 200 meters along.  They have service guys too but a bit pricy for some things.

It was this shop at this very location that told me about 4 years ago that they had sold their entire NOS inventory of parts for their older models to Nopadol. I've bought American Standard parts from the San Kamphaeng branch of Nopadol for 3 different models of toilets and they had everything. But you need to photo or write down all the different numbers/codes on the toilets and the parts as the stock they have is extensive and without the part numbers they can't help.
