Police arrested the man, who has not been named, at 10.30pm on Tuesday night in the Pratumnak Hill area of the city. Police were called after a local security guard told police he saw the naked man riding his unicyle while at the same time performing a sex act on himself. The man remains in police custody after he was unable to provide a passport when requested by officers. Police are still trying to formally identify the man.
