The “Korat Illumination Festival” will light up Nakhon Ratchasima on November 3 as Central Pattana PLC (CPN) opens its enormous Central Plaza.

The grand opening will reflect the shopping centre’s “live life to the extreme” concept in Northeastern Thailand’s major city, the company announced in a press release.

CentralPlaza Nakhon Ratchasima would be the largest mixed-use project in the Northeast, reflecting its total Bt10-billion investment situated on 65 rai (10.4 hectares) of land and with over 355,000 square metres of project area.

CentralPlaza NakhonRatchasima is CPN’s 31st shopping center and will craft brand new and amazing experiences for Northeastern Thailand, the corporate announced. Its nine extreme concepts are aimed to fulfill many needs of the people living in the region, including eating good food, shopping, “chilling out” and recharging all in one location.

Pakorn Partanapat, COO of Central Pattana Plc said: “CentralPlaza Nakhon Ratchasima will be a game changer, creating significant change for the shopping centre business in the Northeast. We aim to be a pioneer of lifestyle innovation that will meet the demand of modern lifestyles in many cities nationwide.”

The retail-development giant hopes to “create space that can be used as a ‘Centre of Life’ for everybody of all genders and age groups,” said Pakorn. The project would help stimulate trade and the economy in the province, he added.
