Pattaya has changed a LOT. Beach has always been horrible, since I can remember from 1999, but the population has exploded, with zero thought on how to cope with it. Ko Larn was cool back then...still a paradise.

 

Now it's a dump within less than 2 decades.

Now this WILL Surprise YOU..................When I First landed in Pattaya The beach was Silver Sands & The Gulf was actually Clear / Blue Water, Even had small fish swimming around my feet,No Sewerage or rubbish on the beach !!!..............................Mind You it WAS 1976 !!!
