We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to support our mission of delivering a remarkable experience to our customers.  From the comfort of our office in Chiang Mai, you will handle inbound and outbound sales and customer service calls. Available schedules have start times between 2pm to 6pm.

 

Responsibilities

Effectively handle inbound and outbound sales and service calls

Accurately record provided customer information

Adhere to our Customer Connection methodology to ensure customers receive a remarkable experience

Utilize available resources to efficiently handle customer requests

Consistently meet or exceed performance goals and maintain productivity standards

Be engaged in team meetings and/or training sessions to build your knowledge base and awareness of company initiatives

 

Qualifications

Experience Level: Customer service and sales experience with high volume customer interaction would be preferable.

Sales and Service: Assertive closing skills to overcome objections and drive sales, and ability to delight customers while creating a remarkable experience would be preferable.

Reliability: Proven attendance track record of reliability and punctuality.

Communication: Amazing phone presence and ability to communicate through all mediums (verbal, listening, written) in order to win customers over quickly.

Passion: Project a positive attitude and enthusiasm for our products

Tech Savvy: Strong typing skills, internet navigation, instant messenger tools, and proficient with Outlook and Microsoft Office. Applicants should be comfortable and ready to adapt to new technology.

Receptive: Open to receive coaching feedback and apply learnings.

Dexterity: Able to concentrate and sit or stand at a desk while viewing a computer screen repetitively and answering the phone.

Nationality: Must be a resident in Thailand and speaks one of the following languages: English, German, Italian, Spanish, French.

School certificates: Basic school certificates accepted, no requirement of a degree.

 

 

What should you expect?

Schedule: Available to work schedules that have start times between 2pm to 6pm. You must be available to work full-time 40 hours/week. 

Tech Savvy: You will have multiple browsers open at the same, instant messages popping up, and emails coming through all while navigating through several systems and maintaining an engaged conversation with our customer.

Pay: You will receive a monthly base pay plus incentives based on performance.

Training: Initial in-house training, complete on-going training modules to improve product knowledge.

Environment: Expect to move fast, adapt to changes, and work under pressure to meet deadlines. On top of our in-house training you will be working with experienced sales team members that will be able to help you navigate the system and grow into a good salesperson, while helping to relieve some of the pressure of starting a new job..

Visa and work permit: Business visas and work permits available to be a 100% legal, smooth process as Company is accredited by the Board and Investment (BOI).
